Network

Our network covers the whole country and the quality and costs of the provided services are continuously monitored and controlled. Our partners provide assistance services for three strategic groups:

brand assistance services for new cars,
assistance services for vehicle insurances,
assistance for clients of leasing companies and card issuers.

We inform our partners every quarter of the year about the common visual identity, new clients and summarize the main indicators of the solved claims in order to assure the high quality of our services.

We organize annual conference in every year for our network partners in order to value the gone year, share and exchange information about our business lines.

Our network manager’s task is to provide continuous communication and professional cooperation with our network partners.

Working of the system

The essential goal of our services is to coordinate claims the soonest to meet the needs of our clients whatever they need.

Our partners are providing services on a common tariff basis checked by insurance companies in the whole country. Costs are covered by EA or the subscriber.

Our network is constantly innovating and we are taking efforts to extend our services to new business lines.

Online Billing System

We provide direct access to our claim-handling system for our big partners in order to fasten operations and assure transparency during our intervention. Through the system it is possible to:

check invoices (deadline, compliance),
upload pictures and documents,
